Visage Studio Case Study

Colourful vintage-inspired sitting room with coral velvet sofa, blue armchair, and orange bookshelves creating a collected, eclectic interior

Founder Michela wanted Visage Studio to feel different from the moment a client stepped through the door.

While many aesthetic clinics feel clinical and impersonal, her vision was to create a space that felt warm, considered, and deeply personal — somewhere clients could relax, feel cared for, and build a genuine relationship with their practitioner.

The building already held beautiful original character, providing the perfect foundation for the project.

Inspired by boutique hospitality and quiet luxury, the design balances professionalism with warmth, creating an environment that feels welcoming, calming, and thoughtfully considered at every touchpoint.

Creating a Sense of Arrival

First impressions matter. We wanted clients to experience a sense of calm and confidence from the moment they arrived.

Drawing inspiration from luxury hotels like The Ritz London, the reception space was designed to feel polished and welcoming, balancing professionalism with warmth. Every detail was considered to create an environment that felt elevated without feeling intimidating.

Designing for Comfort and Care

Many people arrive for treatments feeling slightly nervous. The waiting areas were designed to soften that experience.

Layered textures, carefully filtered natural light, soft furnishings, and a restrained colour palette help create a relaxed atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, seen, and looked after. Fresh flowers and natural elements bring warmth and life into the space while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

A Space That Reflects the Brand

Visage Studio is built around trust and personal connection. Rather than creating a generic clinic environment, the design was shaped around Michela's approach to client care.

The result is a space that feels professional yet inviting, luxurious yet approachable — supporting both the client experience and the identity of the brand itself.
